DIO-setral-AS/N is a high-performance ceramic coating.
It has been specially developed to protect against metal spatter on nozzles, welding tips, clamping devices, equipment and other parts during the welding process.
DIO-setral-AS/N offers up to 8 hours of reliable protection during manual and robot controlled MIG/MAG welding as well as during plasma and laser cutting. In addition, the product is also suitable for use on spot welding machines.
The bonded coating is easy to apply and dries within seconds. Due to its excellent surface adhesion, DIO-setral-AS/N reliably prevents the adhesion of weld spatter and allows an unobstructed gas flow through the gas nozzle.
This not only results in a perfect weld seam, but also extends the service life of welding nozzles and other parts many times over.
